It is essential now that every person should have unlimited access to learning resources according to his/her style because the right to the knowledge and to the personal development is a critical factor of success in modern society and business. This is one of the main drives for the development of e-Learning as a discipline as well as the advancement and personification of the existing technologies and tools.

e-Learning > Next Phase?

e-Learning next.0 (the next version in the e-Learning, including pedagogy, technologies, rules, tools, etc,) should be a radically different approach from current learning practices.   • Multiple and smart agents, clients and adjustable systems to specific needs,

The final outlook of the model, as it may be employed, depends, of course on many factors with main driving force the results that it will provide in the skills development of its users.
