One of the projects I am active lately is the development of a new point of online presence! The reasons for this decision are many, but basically I needed a new, “fresh“, site as a second base of operations for my activities!

In this market, you need the right ideas, the appropriate methodologies and the correct tools to do your job! Ideally, you need the right e-Learning Systems & Tools for the work you are going to do!
In my work, I use many tools! I’m imaging that you also need various tools to do your work better and more efficiently!
Writing is a difficult process, per se! It is not easy to be confronted by an empty space (or screen) trying to find your tempo and rhythm while you have run out of ideas! But it is more difficult when you’re writing for e-Learning purposes. In e-learning and instructional design, you should be prompt, exact and on the point! You also need to write in a way that would lure your trainees in a story that aims to change their behavior and attitude towards certain situations and events!
The e-Learning business is large business these days! I work in this area for more than 20 years now and, always, something new makes a different impact on how people can learn better and more effectively! I start with the multimedia technologies, trying to experiment with the new, then multimedia for delivering a short of vocational training experience (yes, there was a time when audio, video, images, etc. are not a standard in a computer)! Later come the Internet age and everything becomes internet-based. But the aim remained the same: find better ways to deliver training and more value to the people!
