If your small business has started to grow at a rapid pace and you need more competent people to keep advancing, then you are surely facing a serious issue. Competence usually costs more and if you have a new wave of employees coming, then training all of them is going to deplete your funds quickly. Therefore, the expansion is not going to bring the expected return on investment.
A lot of people who use iPhones might think the whole world practically does as well. That’s easy to think when you and your circle of friends mostly use the same products. And perhaps, we also tend to think that most people are ‘like us’ when it comes to our tastes and preferences. However, you just have to look at the raw data to realize that Android users actually make up the majority of mobile phone users.

E-Learning is described as the delivery of training or education through digital or electronic methods. Students can acquire qualifications or develop new skills using electronic devices such as a laptop, mobile device or tablet, accessing educational material often delivered through a learning management system (LMS) which is hosted online.
When I am developing an online or any other course I like to use various approaches to help me find topics that many people would like to learn. My experience has shown me that you never want to develop a course, nobody wants to attend (or buy it for that matter).
