Is it possible to speed-up your decisions? Is it, even, feasible? There is a safe-proof method that would help you to make better decisions? Most of the times, the problem does not always relate to the decision process!
The problem usually relates to the searching space/vectors (the items we have to consider before you make a decision!) and to our inability to limit it only to the important ones (those items/data, that actually make a difference!). It is a problem of organization and it can easily be solved by intentionally and purposefully limiting our choices!
We often forget that marketing is about you. The new economic conditions, the rise of the social media and the internationalization often make us neglects this fundamental marketing principle: that the exceptional good marketing is focused on YOU!

Recently I experienced a total connection shutdown! No telephone, no Internet, not communication besides my cellular phone!
For this reason, I’d like to apologize to my readers for my delay in posting this article.
The problem was large and caused by a road repairing crew, that damage the telephone’s infrastructure in the area. This situation cause me to skip the posting of one post (specifically the previous one!) and gave me some food of thought!
I’m so accustom to having an Internet access anywhere I go, that its absence creates a lot of problems. Today is one of those “off-the-grid” days! I was working normally, trying to do some infrastructure work, when, all off a sudden, everything went still! At first, I didn’t realize what happened and thought that I had a problem with my computer. After a while though, I realize that telephone and Internet were off. Not phone, no Internet, no web, no value added service! Complete silence!
Are you dealing with negative people? Do you know how to deal with difficult people? Last night, I have a long conversation over the phone with an old associate of mine about various business issues. She had a very specific business problem, need to be addressed in a professional manner, but she insisted on not coping with it, now.
In her attempt to evade the discussion about the certain problem (for no apparent reason!), she started to blame for the problem, everyone else, but herself. And she became very negative (almost about everything!), complaining all the time about the problems she encounters in her work and life. Needless to say, the discussion, soon, got out of rail, and we end up arguing for petty things, not directly related to our initial debate!
I like simple things! I like to work in an intuitive way and do not spend time in tasks that are not directly related with my main goals! Therefore, I try to simplify my life and my workflow, reducing at the same time my workload and gaining more time! In order to do that, periodically, I try to clean up, as much as possible cluttered and redundant files, links, e-mails, etc., aiming at focus only on the tasks at hand! The same principles I apply to the way I work!
In today’s complex conditions of living and working, one factor can diversify you from the other people and provide extremely value-added services towards the people you associate with, is the organization!
Life organization and management can be tricky when you use it sporadically and without a system to assist you to achieve your goals. But, today, with all the personal and professional activities, should be accomplished, during a day, it is of major importance! Fortunately, though, there are valuable systems that can help you decide and reach the destination you have chosen in life!
Leadership is a complex process, for anyone to assume lightly, without a prior thought!
