We like to tell stories! Stories, give a more coherent framework to understand a situation or a subject. A story provides, time reference, location, rhythm, coherence, heroes, villains, minions, and a thousand small details, that develop a whole world, in the mind of the listeners. That’s why it is important to say and listen to stories. Here another one, about leadership! I hope you will enjoy it!

This month I started, again, my 2014 readers survey in order to find more information about the preferences of my readers.
As a lot of my readers have noticed, this month I change the basic theme of my site, using, now the Get Noticed! Theme for WordPress. At the same time, I start employing a new plug-in the Popup Domination, something that, hopefully, make more easily the subscription in my site.
New Site Design Redux!
Most readers in my site would have noticed lately, that a lot of things, happen “under the hood“. The fact is that I try to make my site more “user-friendly”, while, at the same time, I would like to reach a maximum of usefulness for my readers! This balance is not always easy, especially in the blogging world!
