It is not difficult to survive a boredom meeting if you know the outcome. But the most of the times you don’t know it and for that reason, you attend the designated (planned by others the most of the times) meeting. The trick though is, how to make the truly uninterested meetings productive (in case you cannot avoid the participation!)
There are many reasons for blogging. Some of them are more serious than others, but every reason makes you start a blog, is valid, and always of importance (at least for you!) But besides the many reasons or strategies in which the clause “I start blogging” involves, there is an objective that surpasses everyone else.
To start blogging, today is not difficult! It takes some time, some effort and some dedication but the overall “investment” is actually very small. You should commit, though, to the blogging discipline, due to the personal and professional benefits, blogging per se can provide. Because even the fact of start blogging can transform you, in more than one ways!
This monthly review is a compilation of many interesting topics from this blog and from around the web. This month (October 2013) was particularly fruitful and a lot of things happen, both on and off the blog. A lot of new things have been directed for the next month, while a community around the leadership and the other subjects discussed here on the blog, has been starting to take shape!

The cost of no participation is today a huge one, both in professional and personal life. But what exactly is it the cost of no participation?
e-Learning, today, is a major asset for the skill development of everyone. It is essential now that every person should have unlimited access to learning resources according to his/her style because the right to the knowledge and to the personal development is a critical factor of success in modern society and business. This is one of the main drives for the development of e-Learning as a discipline as well as the advancement and personification of the existing technologies and tools.
Everybody knows, that an optimistic person is the best resource available for developing a better and more meaningful life. We also, all know that every person has periods of optimism and pessimism, alike. But the most of the times, it seems that pessimism, winning our days, making us, incapable of doing the things better, or better things for our life, our family, and the people of love and care about.
Today, more and more we need a way for effective note-taking, but most of the times, we fail in finding a quick and effective way of keeping our important notes, ideas, and tasks. The reason is that we try to do a lot of the things (or a few,…) with our notes, resulting, the most of the times, to make them unusable.
It is easy to believe that you communicate effectively, but the most of the time, this is not the case. Here it is an interesting video of John C. Maxwell explaining the best communication practices and principles of the best achievers.
Do you think, that effective communication is easy? I don’t think so. But I always try to make an extra effort on that!
